Import HubSpot tickets in Channels

The HubSpot Service Hub integration for Channels can now import tickets, in addition to conversations. Support tickets often capture the clearest signal about where customers are running into friction, and now that feedback can flow straight into Dovetail for analysis.
When you add HubSpot as a source in a Channel, choose Tickets as the object type and pick the pipelines you want to bring in—one, several, or all of them. Each imported ticket lands as a data point with its Pipeline, Stage, Priority, and Owner, plus a link to open the original ticket in HubSpot whenever you need the full context.
