Enrich Contacts with HubSpot data

You can now connect HubSpot to Dovetail's contact database to enrich contact records with CRM data, bringing the same capability the Salesforce integration already offers to HubSpot customers. No more manual entry—all your customer feedback is automatically linked to the contact and company metadata living in your CRM.
To set up the integration, a workspace admin can head to Settings → Integrations → Connect HubSpot, then configure field mappings using email as the unique identifier. Once connected, you can sync any HubSpot fields into Dovetail, either for an individual contact or in bulk.
You can also turn on Daily syncing from the HubSpot configuration in Contacts, so Dovetail pulls the latest CRM data once a day and records stay current without any manual action. Either way, it's easier to connect the voice of your customer to the context you already have in HubSpot, helping your teams prioritize, segment, and align faster with full context.
