Our values aren’t window dressing

We put the customer first—from quickly fixing a bug to solving their most difficult problems. We’re open by default, sharing financials, board notes, shareholder updates, and encouraging everyone to be curious to understand the decisions we make. If you’re sick of working at a snail’s pace—you will love it here. We do the thing, shipping quickly and pragmatically. From the placement of a comma to the copy you’re reading, if we do it, we aim to nail it. Last but not least, we remind ourselves to stay humble.
