Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated into our Master Subscription Agreement in certain circumstances. If you are a Dovetail customer subscribed to a paid plan and believe that data you upload to our platform may include the personal information of individuals located in jurisdictions where privacy laws have been enacted that require a written data processing agreement (such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and Brazil), you can request to enter into our DPA:
- Review - Our DPA is available in the Resources tab of the Trust Center
- Sign & Submit - Follow the instructions on this link to complete the e-signature process
