New integration: Qualtrics

Qualtrics is now available in Channels. Connect your Qualtrics account, then select a survey and the open-text questions you want to import. You can also pick an NPS or CSAT score question to track alongside the responses.

Responses flow into your channel automatically and are ready for theme analysis. To get started, go to Surveys in Settings → Integrations.
