New MCP tools for comments, folders, and tags

Dovetail's MCP server now supports three new write tools:

• create_comment—add a comment to any doc
• create_folder—create folders to organize your workspace, including nested folders
• create_tag—apply tags to categorize data inside a project

Combined with the existing read tools, these new write tools offer a more comprehensive MCP toolkit. Comments are attributed to the authenticated user, folders can be nested or created at the workspace root, and tags are scoped to individual projects.
