Create transcript highlights via API

You can now create transcript highlights programmatically using the new createTranscriptHighlight endpoint.

This makes it easier to integrate Dovetail into your workflows — automatically capture key moments from transcripts, whether you're tagging insights, highlighting important segments, or building custom analysis pipelines.
