Dovetail’s ecosystem grows with 18 new integrations and first-party MCP connectors

Customer intelligence is only as good as what feeds it, and only as useful as how far it travels. Our Sun’s Out launch adds 18 new integrations, custom MCPs, and more.
Customer feedback about your product shows up everywhere: a survey response in Qualtrics, a support ticket in ServiceNow, a call logged in Salesforce. If that feedback never reaches Dovetail, it never becomes intelligence your team can act on. And if that intelligence never leaves Dovetail, it never reaches whoever needs it to make a decision.
This release closes both gaps. New integrations bring more of that feedback in automatically, while first-party MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors—plus native support inside the AI tools your team already uses—take Dovetail’s intelligence back out. Here’s how they work.
10 new integrations bring feedback in automatically
Customer feedback doesn’t wait for you to go looking for it. It shows up in a Qualtrics survey, a ServiceNow ticket, a Salesforce Service Cloud case, a Pendo or PostHog product event, a Sprig or Usersnap in-app response, a HubSpot support thread, or a SurveyMonkey form—often all in the same week and rarely in the same place twice.
To get all of that customer feedback in automatically, this release adds 10 new integrations:
- Qualtrics
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Pendo
- PostHog
- Sprig
- Usersnap
- Snowflake
- ServiceNow
- HubSpot
- SurveyMonkey

None of it requires a manual export, a scheduled sync, or someone remembering to pull a report before a meeting. Feedback lands in Dovetail as it happens, gets classified through Channels, and is ready for your team or an Agent to act on the moment it matters, instead of sitting scattered across a dozen disconnected tools.
First-party MCP connectors take intelligence back out
Getting feedback in is half the job. The other half is making sure the intelligence Dovetail builds from it actually reaches your team, wherever they’re already working.
This release adds eight new first-party MCP connectors that bring Dovetail into the tools your team uses every day:
- Canva
- Linear
- Hex
- Salesforce
- Slack
- Notion
- Gmail
- Snowflake
With support in both Chat and Agents, your team can pull evidence-backed answers from Dovetail directly inside any of these tools, or let an Agent take the next steps of drafting a Linear ticket, updating a Salesforce record, or posting in Slack. Dovetail also supports custom MCP connections so you can connect virtually any tool in your stack.
On the other side, Dovetail’s MCP server is now listed on the connector marketplaces for Claude, ChatGPT, Figma, and Microsoft Teams and Copilot, with Amazon Quick Suite coming soon. Now, any question your team types into your generic AI model such as Claude or Copilot gets an answer sourced from your real customer data, grounded in what your customers are actually saying.
What this means for your organization
That’s the point of an ecosystem. It meets support tickets in Zendesk, sales calls in Gong, reviews on the app store, and NPS wherever it lands, then makes that intelligence available back in Slack, Salesforce, or wherever your team is already making decisions. The result is fewer blind spots, in the tools you’re already using.
So while customer feedback is everywhere, now it reaches everyone who needs it. With our new integrations and connectors, every channel your customers use to reach you feeds Dovetail automatically, and every tool your team already works in can pull that intelligence back out.
