Workspace Docs can now be used for AI context

Workspace admins can now link Docs as AI context for the entire workspace. From Settings, workspace, search and select existing Docs to inject into the chat context window to drive more relevant and nuanced results.

Style guides, instructions, product specs, strategy docs, research summaries, glossaries, or any reference material you want the AI to know about.

Workspace context docs will be automatically synthesized into the context Dovetail AI draws on across every chat surface.

Once linked, the AI uses that context without anyone needing to paste or repeat it. When a linked Doc is updated, the context refreshes automatically. This replaces the free-text custom context box.

Linked Docs can be managed and edited like any other Doc in your workspace. To make sure all users of your workspace benefit from any docs used as context, ensure they are shared with entire workspace at minimum View permission.
