New ways to organize, prioritize, and communicate on Home

Several improvements to the new experience are now available.

New list view layout:

For any page that displays a list of objects (such as the Browse section on Home, subfolders, or object pages), users can now switch between grid and list layouts. To change the layout, click the […] icon in the top-right corner and select your preferred view from the dropdown. When you switch views, the change is applied across the entire workspace.

Drag and drop:

Move one or multiple selected items between folders using drag and drop. This eliminates the need to navigate menus and makes organizing content much faster and more intuitive.

Manual sorting of pinned items on Home:

Admins can now reorder items in the "Pinned for everyone" section, making it easier to surface the most important sources across the entire organization.

Announcement banner on Home:

Admins can add banners to the home page to display important information such as updates, resources, or notices, ensuring key messages are clearly visible and never missed by their team.

Customizable project card thumbnail:

Users can now set a project cover image by uploading an image in the project overview. This image will be used as the card thumbnail.
