Expanded language support for transcription

We’ve expanded Dovetail’s transcription coverage with 40** new languages supported through AssemblyAI, bringing the total to 82 languages. **

Now, you can transcribe conversations in even more languages with AssemblyAI's industry leading transcription service.

To ensure your workspace is using AssemblyAI, head to Settings > Transcription > Workspace transcription provider and select **AssemblyAI (United States) **as your preferred provider, or leave it as Default. You’ll then be able to choose from the full list of supported languages with speaker labels.

This update makes it easier to capture and analyze conversations in more of the languages your customers speak—so your team can work inclusively and confidently across global markets.
