Channels 2.0 is now in open beta

Channels 2.0 is now in open beta

Your customers are already telling you what they need. The problem is that the signal is scattered across sales calls, support tickets, reviews, and surveys, and by the time someone pulls it together, the opportunity’s moved on.

Channels 2.0 has been in closed beta with design partners since July, and today we’re opening it up to everyone. Every Channels customer can now opt in and start turning continuous, high-volume feedback into ideas your team can act on immediately, so you always stay on top of your roadmap and work customer feedback down to inbox zero.

Here’s what’s new in the open beta:

  • Ideas, not just themes: Channels surfaces feature requests, bugs, and pain points as concrete, actionable ideas instead of broad theme labels, ranked by what matters most.
  • Full commercial context, built in: every idea comes with the business context behind it: ARR, plan tier, segment, and every account and quote tied to it, enriched automatically from Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Entity tags on every idea: topics and product areas are extracted automatically from the underlying evidence, so you can filter the whole feed down to exactly the slice you care about.
  • Status, owners, and priority: assign an owner, set a priority, and track status on every idea in one place.
  • Visualize feedback over time: every idea includes a trend sparkline, so you can tell at a glance whether something’s new, trending, or fading, and pinpoint exactly when feedback spiked.
  • Work as one team: comment and @mention teammates directly on an idea, or link straight to a Project, Doc, or another Channel without leaving the conversation.
  • Saved views: save a combination of filters and sort order so you can segment by area, plan type, or region, and return to the same slice of feedback without rebuilding it.
  • One-click action: send any idea straight to Jira, Linear, Claude, Claude Code, Figma, or ChatGPT, with the full context attached.
  • Close the loop: once an idea’s resolved, draft a personalized notification and send it to every customer who raised it.

Legacy channels aren’t going anywhere. Anything you’ve already built keeps working exactly as it does today. Any new channel you create from here uses the Channels 2.0 experience, with a badge showing which version you’re in.

For the first time, CX, Product, Sales, and Marketing can all act on the same surface.
