Channels integrates with Google Play store reviews

We’ve added a new integration with Google Play, allowing users to sync their app reviews with Channels and instantly uncover trends in product feedback.

When creating a channel, you can connect your Google Play store account, and new app reviews will automatically sync in Dovetail. Once they are in your channel, our AI will classify and categorize them in predefined themes, or create new themes where applicable.

This integration is available to Channels users on Professional and Enterprise plans.
