  • Created and deployed customer satisfaction/Net Promoter Score-style survey to a multinational firm’s 5,000+ clients across more than 20 countries; coded qualitative long-form responses for further insights into high and low NPS metrics.

  • Analyzed existing survey data from a large nonprofit nanny advocacy organization to highlight important findings and create a policy report for community leaders to increase professionalization and continuing education of nannies.

  • Repeat consultations for survey creation of Black medical professionals to understand the role of Historically Black Colleges and Universities in increasing diversity in that field.
