Authentic UX

Mhaire (pronounced Mary) is a cognitive psychologist who escaped acdemia because she fell in love with all things design and UX. As a Design Research Strategist she has researched millennials, interpersonal relationships (dating), and ethical design in UX (dark patterns), and most recently, wealth spaces in fintech.

She has led teams in fintech, eCommerce, enterprise and customer Care. In 2015, she co-founded the Hexagon UX Mentorship Program for women in UX that has scaled to 11 chapters worldwide. She has also taught adjunct courses in psychology and neurology, as well as facilitated design workshops all over the world.
