We are headquartered in Surry Hills, Sydney and have an office in Union Square, San Francisco. We also have remote positions available from time to time. Check our job board for opportunities.
In Sydney, we are in-person first, with teams collaborating in the office four days a week while still offering flexibility to make it work for you. We recommend discussing this with the talent team during the interview process to ensure alignment from the start. In the US, we are a remote-first team and hire nationally. While some of our US team work remotely, we offer an in-person workspace in San Francisco for those who prefer it.

Yes. Our engineers regularly join customer calls and engage directly with users. We believe the people building the product should have a deep understanding of the people using it, and that real customer insight should shape what we build.
Our roadmap is heavily informed by real customer usage and feedback. We use our own platform to centralize and analyze customer usage and feedback, ensuring we prioritize solving real-world problems. We build what our customers actually need, not what we guess they need.
