Retiring Recruit

Retiring Recruit

We’ve made the decision to retire Recruit, our participant recruitment feature, as part of our continued focus on building the AI-native customer intelligence platform. Originally designed to help teams gather new data through external recruitment, Recruit will be phased out as we shift our investment towards expanding data ingestion capabilities—making it easier for teams to bring customer data into Dovetail from the tools they already use.

Current customers with active Recruit studies can continue wrapping up existing work, but creating new studies is now disabled, and any unpublished studies will not be able to publish. We’re contacting affected customers to ensure their studies and data are preserved. If you have any questions or need any help with this change, please reach out to our Support team at support@dovetail.com, or your Customer Success Manager.
