Create a Jira issue from a theme or data point

Create and link Jira issues directly to your customer feedback in Dovetail. Our new integration currently works within Channels, allowing you to bridge the gap between insights and execution by sending themes and data points directly to your team's development workflow.

Once sent, attachment links and rich previews of your Dovetail content appear directly within Jira issues. This gives your engineering and product teams the full customer context they need to prioritize work and back decisions with clear evidence, right where they already work.

The integration can be enabled directly within any active Channel. Simply click the ••• menu on a theme or data point and select Send to Jira to connect your account and begin syncing insights.
