Improved Channel processing

We’ve enhanced the Channel setup experience to give you full visibility into your data as it flows into Dovetail. Now, when data is being uploaded and analyzed, you will see precise progress tracking that lets you know exactly what stage your Channel is in—from **importing source data **and taking a sample, to generating themes and classifying all data points.

We know that understanding the scale of your data is valuable, so we’ve added a live counter that displays the exact number of data points being analyzed in real-time. This transparency into backend processing ensures you always know how much data is being handled and when it will be ready for review.

Finally, we’ve improved error state messaging. In the event that a Channel import fails, you will now see clearer, actionable explanations to help you get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it quickly. Let us know if this new setup process provides your team with more clarity!
