Search is now faster, smarter, and easier to use. We’ve improved performance, updated ranking and weighting, and streamlined Quick Search so you can find answers and content more quickly.

These updates improve speed, relevance, and reliability across large workspaces.

• AI summaries now appear automatically for question-style searches

• Summaries surface key patterns and supporting evidence

• Navigation pages now appear in Quick Search results

• AI summaries can be opened in Chat to continue exploring

• Original queries carry over when moving from Search to Chat

• Faster response times through improved indexing and query handling

• Updated ranking models prioritize recent and relevant content based on object views

• Improved keyword weighting reduces low-quality matches

• Pressing Enter on keyword searches opens the best match

• Pressing Enter during summary loading opens the summary

• Pressing Enter again jumps to the top result

• Contacts, tags, highlights, and themes are excluded by default

• Default filtering keeps results focused on the most relevant content
