Dovetail Chat is in GA

Chat is now in GA for all plans with improvements to accuracy, filtering, and context handling.

Chat now supports natural-language filtering for projects, fields, contacts, and segments. When you ask a question, Chat interprets and applies the correct filters automatically, helping you find answers faster and with the right context.

We’ve also added explicit context indicators. The active context is now displayed as a lozenge in the input field, so you always know what Chat is querying against.

Finally, we’ve made relevance upgrades across the search pipeline that powers Chat. Results are now more precise, better ranked, and more consistent across different question types.
