Dashboards is in Beta

Dashboards are now available in beta for Professional, Business, and Enterprise workspaces, allowing you to track feedback and metrics over time in a single view. By combining quantitative data, like CSAT and NPS, with qualitative insights like themes and sentiment, you can now visualize exactly how your customer experience is shifting.

Dovetail automatically analyzes your workspace to populate widgets, or you can build your own to visualize keyword trends, theme volume, and sentiment trajectory.

This helps you move beyond static numbers to understand the "why" behind the metrics. With Dashboards, you can spot emerging patterns, quantify the volume of specific feedback themes, and easily identify what is improving or declining across your product.
