Custom chat prompt

Enterprise customers can now tailor Chat’s behavior with custom instructions at the workspace level. This allows you to shape Chat’s responses to reflect your organization’s unique voice, style, and context.

Workspace Admins can set this up by navigating to Workspace settings → Custom chat prompt and entering your instructions.

Once saved, Chat will follow your guidance for every conversation across the entire workspace, keeping responses consistent, on-brand, and aligned with your team’s needs.
