Contacts daily auto-sync with Salesforce

Enterprise customers using the Salesforce integration can now keep Contacts fresh without lifting a finger. With automatic daily syncing, Dovetail pulls the latest Salesforce CRM data into your Contacts database once a day, so records stay current and enriched.

To enable automatic sync, go to Salesforce configuration (from the Source dialog in Contacts) and toggle Daily syncing on. From then on, Dovetail will update any contact whose email matches a Salesforce record.

With automatic syncing, your team always works from the latest customer data and context for insights—no manual action required.
