Channels integrates with App store, G2, and Pendo

We’ve added new integrations for App store, G2, and Pendo. With these integrations, anyone can instantly track and uncover trends from customer feedback in Channels.

When creating a channel, connect your App store, G2, and Pendo Listen account, and new app reviews and customer feedback will automatically import in Dovetail. Once they are in your channel, our AI will classify and categorize them in predefined themes, or create new themes where applicable.

These integrations are available to Channels users on Professional and Enterprise plans.
