Magic automation options

You can now control the level of AI analysis you want through our magic automation options. Choose from fully automated, helpful suggestions or disable AI completely. These settings are configured on a per-project basis, and can be updated by managers and contributors.

Transcription language, summarization, and automatic highlight creation are available now, with more AI analysis options coming soon!

To configure magic automation in your project, simply open project settings by pressing ••• in the top right, then select Magic automation when using the new Dovetail 3.0 experience, or by clicking on the project’s name on the left and selecting Magic automation when using the old Dovetail experience.
