Insights are a flexible object where you can present your research and findings in whatever way you want.
You can create a new insight by selecting a number of highlights in your project, or you can start from scratch in Insights. Either way, you'll bring in your raw data as highlights or reels.
Watch our webinar chapter on How to package your insight to learn and understand how you can make the most of presenting your insight with these key features.
Round up and present key moments in a compelling way within a reel block. You can embed, customize and re-order video and audio highlights into a reel directly within insights.
Arrange content in visually appealing ways and group related references into 2 or 3-column layouts. You can create distinct side-by-side text sections, feature callouts and embed references, images or files.
Ease stakeholders through your findings by polishing how text is displayed. Use the insight text editor to establish clear headings with different sizes, quote blocks and bulleted lists to summarize key points.
Draw attention to your customer's thoughts and feelings by inserting individual snippets of text, video or audio highlights surfaced from customer interviews, sales calls or usability tests with reference blocks.
Organize content within an insight. If you have video highlights, try creating your first reel to include highlights from across your project.
