Dovetail.com domain change

• On December 18, 2023, all Dovetail workspaces will be updated to our new domain, dovetail.com.

  • For example, acme.dovetailapp.com will become acme.dovetail.com.

• All users will be logged out after the domain is updated, and will need to log in again. Other than this, there will be no changes that will affect how you access and use Dovetail, and all existing links and bookmarks to your workspace will be automatically redirected to our new domain.

• In some cases, your IT department may need to add dovetail.com to an allow-list. As a first step, we recommend navigating to dovetail.com in your browser to confirm if you can access it. If the website doesn't load, it has likely been blocked by your IT department, and you'll need to have them unblock it before the migration date, or you may not be able to access your workspace.

• Although redirects will be set up automatically, we still recommend updating any existing bookmarks to your updated workspace URL.
