Behavioral audits for better outcomes

Qualitative research is a powerful tool for product teams of all types, but it does have one sizable drawback. It leaves you to infer causation and impact. However, if we were to combine our qualitative insights work with behavioral science methods, we can start to quantify the impact of those insights.
