Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are now supported in Recruit as video conferencing options—alongside Zoom.
When scheduling participant interviews in Dovetail Recruit, if you’ve already connected your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, there’s no additional setup needed. Recruit will automatically use the conferencing provider associated with your calendar—Google Meet for Google, or Teams for Outlook.
This update gives you greater flexibility to run research your way, using the tools your team already relies on. Whether your organization prefers Meet, Teams, or Zoom, you can schedule interviews without switching platforms or reauthorizing accounts—keeping everything seamless and centralized.
