I got a new workstation. Put Eclipse back and reloaded the BatchSample. Now I'm getting NullPointerException when executing the deploy.xml. I have narrowed it down to two parameters in the ftp. umask="002" and chmod="755". When removed the script runs successfully. I have Eclipse 3.4.2 and Windows XP. Have you guys seen this? I tried to post on alphaworks but am having id issues. Thought I would toss it here.

I haven't seen this. Can you post a complete stack trace?
