wto — Co:Z utility to issue a Write To Operator (WTO) from USS.
wto [-r ROUTCDE,...] [-d DESC,...] message
This z/OS Co:Z utility command issues message as
a write to operator (WTO).
If the ROUTCDE or DESC codes are omitted, the system uses the routing code specified on the ROUTCODE keyword on the DEFAULT statement in the CONSOLxx member of SYS1.PARMLIB.
NOTE: The message will be prefixed by:
BPXM023I (userid) unless the userid has access to "BPX.CONSOLE" in the
SAF "FACILITY" class.
Messages with embedded spaces must be quoted.
